Calistoga, known for its warmer climate, lends this wine its bold, dark fruit profile, while Howell Mountain adds structure and richness. With a focus on refined winemaking, this Cabernet undergoes 50% new oak aging for 20 months using the “Heidi Method,” inspired by renowned winemaker Heidi Barrett. The wine is fermented warm, with gentle pump-overs to maintain balance, and is pressed slightly sweet to soften the tannins.
